Shipping/Info

Just a quick heads-up about all orders:

  • Shipping Vibes: Once we hand your package over to the carrier, it’s in their hands. We can’t control how quickly it gets to you, so we can’t promise exact delivery dates.

  • Customs Stuff: Be aware that your order might incur customs fees or import taxes when it arrives. These are on you, so it’s a good idea to check with your local customs office for details.

  • Track Your Stuff: We’ll send you tracking info as soon as your order ships, so you can keep an eye on it through the carrier’s site.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package goes missing or arrives damaged, please reach out to the carrier directly. We’re here to help with any info you need, but we can’t offer refunds for lost or damaged items once they’re with them.
